Treasure coast Lexus came through again.
Treasure coast Lexus came through again. Due to some health issues, we were not able to drive to the dealership.. I saw a car on the website and knew I wanted it sight on seen. No lookin lookin or test drive necessary.as I trust them completely. Howard Kent took care of all paperwork and delivered the next day to Vero Beach. We closed the deal and I still didn’t drive the car before he left. That’s how much trust I have in the people and the dealership..it is the 5th car I have bought from Howard Kent and he is the ultimate professional. The only thing I Missed is all the good snacks from a personal visit. Maybe next time.

I would have liked a better final price but happy in the end because I love Ana so. much and she made sure everything was done correctly. Finance department was very good - Josua in service exceptional and always follows up with everything and again does not push when there are delays on the part of the customer. Always there to help. Snacks are lacking from my last purchase but heard people were taking them by the handfuls. - maybe because they felt they are overpaying in other areas???

Getting the know and trust someone when one is ‘car shopping’ is very important to us. I had to give a poor rating on the speed of the transaction. I was told that the computer system was down, which led to more hours than I imagined I would be at the agency.

We recently leased an RX350h. Worked with Michael who is extremely knowledgeable about all the models. He was very easy to work with and answered all emails and calls promptly. Steven handled the finances when we went to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure for add-ons. Ditto for the tech person. My only minor complaint was that the pick-up took almost 4 hours. But I guess needing a NYS registration (which they handled beautifully) was a complication. Love the car so far!
