People were very nice but I wasn’t given a time when my car would be finished. Also estimate price of my services. As I was siting in the waiting room. The other service person came out and said your car is done right on time at 4:00 when it’s told you. However I wasn’t even given an estimated time. I was there for 4 hours for what I thought was an oil change. She asked if I wanted spark plugs. I said yes but didn’t realize the extra cost or time involved that wasn’t explained to me.

Michael Klein is very knowledgeable and patient sales rep. He was able to answer every question my wife and I posed and provided additional learning for each topic. He even knew how to jump start the Lexus which is different from other cars. Michael was not pushy in any way and helped us arrive at the proper choice for our new Lexus. He also got us a good trade-in value for our Honda CRV. The dealership has a clean layout and offers some perqs while you wait for your car to be serviced. The after sales representative, David Smith was very helpful. He did not push any of the options and was very helpful in explaining options such as a the extended warranty. In a return visit to the service department I had a chance to work with Jude. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot rate her performance below but I would give her 5 stars if I could. The only area of improvement is dealer training. It seems to be focused only on the technology of the car, rather than other features such as emergency exit from the car and what to do if the battery goes flat. It would be nice to make the training more all-inclusive and not hope that the car sales person will provide this training. Joe & Suzy Boriotti

I liked everything about the dealership. The only problem is that there is not a big selection of new cars. I worked with Scott Mc Elveen. He spent lots of time with me and answered every question I had. He was very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He helped me narrow down my choice of vehicles, and provided me with the most informative test drive I’d ever had. We wound up making our final purchase at Lexus of Palm Beach specifically because of their selection of new vehicles. My wife’s lease on her current car expires in a little over a year, and we fully plan to visit Scott and hopefully close the deal with him.

Brought the car in to install door trim and was not
Brought the car in to install door trim and was not disappointed. Job was completed in under two hours and was done right. Car was returned shining from a car wash. Well done! However, I showed the service rep what appears to be paint peeling on the right rear corner of the car and was told treasure coast lexus does not have a paint shop and I would have to go to the Lexus dealer in Ft Lauderdale. I am terribly disappointed as my car is a 2025 NX and driving to Ft Lauderdale is just rediculous. I'm not sure what I am going to do but a trip to Ft Lauderdale is not in my future. Suffice to say "I am not happy"

I went for an oil change and days later my oil lights came back on. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. I call 5 times today and was given the run around. This is not the first time that has happened and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Everyone was welcoming and respectful. My husband and I went to Treasure Coast Lexus to service our 2019 car. While there, we walked around the dealership looking at the new cars. Paul Licausi spoke to us and answered some questions my husband asked him. We received a very nice note over the mail from Mr. Licausi offering his service. We went back to the dealership, met with him, and purchased a 2025 Lexus TX 350. The entire experience was very pleasant, and we did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. There was no real effort to assist me, even after I expressed clear interest in a vehicle on the lot. When I called the next day to inquire about the same car, I was told it had already been sold. No one had followed up. No one offered alternatives. No one took responsibility for the poor customer experience. Lexus customers expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. That standard was not met here. I strongly urge dealership management to address this situation and ensure all staff are trained to treat potential buyers with care and attention.

What a delightful experience! Paul was excellent and took my needs and requests in stride as he made the process easy and relatively fast. The dealership was the nicest I've ever been in and that includes most every high-line dealer you can think of! The LX600 is amazing and the Lux version's massage seats put the biggest smile and my wife's face. Super comfortable ride and quiet too. The business manager, Steve, kept the typically mundane process entertaining and quick. I highly recommend the extended warranty and maintenance prepaid as it locks in a rate by prepaying that is certainly only going to go up in years to come. I've moved past troublesome GMC vehicles and aimed for best quality - Lexus. Also thrilled to see Jude Forte in service as I have had excellent service advisory experiences with her in previous brands. Glad to see the best get to work for the best! We will be buying a nice previously used RX from them as well in the next week or two.

We have for the better part enjoyed fine service from all, consistent with the published Lexus standard. However, we have never encountered the type of treatment that we received yesterday and today at Treasure Coast Lexus. Every person with whom we interfaced, in the parts and the service departments was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Kelleigh Congdon, in particular, went so far out of her way to help us that we began to feel guilty about taking up so much of her time. All in all, we are convinced that when we buy our next Lexus, it must be from Treasure Coast Lexus.

Very nice and considerate. I even spoke with the owner as he passed by, such a wonderful person. The employees on the phone calls were great. Service was excellent. Even the follow up call from Connie was so great and helpful.

Where tragical Lexus is the place to be very clean. Great customer service even though the cars may take a little longer to get checked out. It is so comfortable. I don’t think they have much complain. Papers to read snacks to snack on and great people to talk with it’s a pity Lexus car is so expensive But it’s really a good dealership treasure course Lexus.
