Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going
Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going to have a great experience. The salesman, Howard, talked very highly about the dealership and especially their service department, so I took his word for it. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. The moment I drove off the lot in the used Jeep I purchased, I noticed a noise and immediately called the dealership. They asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did. After looking at it, I was told the noise was just a “typical Jeep noise.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. I took it to another mechanic, and they were able to confirm that there was, in fact, an issue. I also emailed the service manager to explain my concerns and my experience, and to this day, I still haven't received a response. Yes, they have a beautiful dealership and a nice-looking service department. But when you actually need help after the sale, my experience has been, unfortunately, very different from what was promised. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, I would definitely think twice before purchasing here.

Went back to the dealership the following day after I bought a 2025 ES350, explained that the car would not satisfy my vehicle requirements and asked to cancel the transaction, give me my deposit and trade-in back, and I would pay for anything that I needed to. They wanted me to “trade” the Lexus in and purchase my car back, to the tune of $7,949. Otherwise, sorry for your luck. I am NOT a happy customer and will ensure that people hear about my experience.

I just spent $50K on a certified used Lexus ES350 and a

The car had a scratched windshield which wasn’t detectable until after driving in the rain and using the wipers. I was told repair/replacement was not covered under my factory or current $7k warranty I purchased. When I asked to at least replace the wipers, I was told they weren’t covered under factory or purchased warranty. $50K out the door with factory and paid for extended warranty and I have to pay $42 for a pair of windshield wipers which actually made a difference!!!!! Even though I am otherwise happy with my car, I will NEVER recommend Lexus to anyone.

Scott was more of a consultant than a pushy sales person. He explained each product thoroughly and did not pressure me to make a decision. We thought about going to another Lexus dealer to see their inventory BUT we liked Scott so much from his approach that we decided to by from him and Treasure Coast. The other aspects of the dealership were excellent. Waiting area was spacious, quiet and had plenty of great snacks and coffee. The Finance manager, David Smith was thorough in his explanations and left it to me to decide what I wanted, not pushy or salesy in anyway. Receiving my car, I got a thorough explanation of all it's features and tech capabilities from Addie. I had the chance to meet the owner, Mr. Woods, he was very courteous and respectful and made me feel important and part of a family. Very nice experience indeed. I have purchased many cars over the past 40 years including high end Range Rover and Infiniti products but this Treasure Coast Lexus experience was the best I can recall. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer.

This is probably my fourth or fifth experience leasing from LEXUS. With the exception of one sales person who is no longer there, LEXUS has made my leasing experience an absolute pleasure. Years ago, I had been leasing a different luxury SUV and at the time was dealing with a painful physical condition. It was time to renew my lease and decided to test drive a Lexus. The smooth ride was a relief to my body and I fell in love with the car. It was fall and I drove the car to the Blue Ridge mountains in North Carolina where I have a cabin. Not only was the car a dream ride it handled the winding curves in the mountains like it was made for that. I like a little speed in my car and get up and go when I need it to be there. The sport mode fits the Bill perfectly. I feel confident that I always have enough power beneath me to safely pass. While the car is a perfect fit for me, the team at LEXUS is the other reason that I continue leasing from them. So far they have been able to accommodate the type of payment plan I need and that is a big Plus for me.

They wanted me to “trade” the Lexus in and purchase my car back, to the tune of $7,949. Otherwise, sorry for your luck. I am NOT a happy customer and will ensure that people hear about my experience.

Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going
Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going to have a great experience. The salesman, Howard, talked very highly about the dealership and especially their service department, so I took his word for it. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. The moment I drove off the lot in the used Jeep I purchased, I noticed a noise and immediately called the dealership. They asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did. After looking at it, I was told the noise was just a “typical Jeep noise.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. I took it to another mechanic, and they were able to confirm that there was, in fact, an issue. I also emailed the service manager to explain my concerns and my experience, and to this day, I still haven't received a response. Yes, they have a beautiful dealership and a nice-looking service department. But when you actually need help after the sale, my experience has been, unfortunately, very different from what was promised. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, I would definitely think twice before purchasing here.

Beware of the Lexus TX 350!
Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue. This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction. If you buy the TX 350, this obvious defect will never be completely repaired and Treasure Coast Lexus will not honor their commitment to you or their vehicles.

I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion with an oil leak. I was told I had NO oil leak, but I needed back brakes. I asked them to re-check because I personally saw the leak, I now have a $6700 leak! After picking my vehicle up, I still was seeing oil drops on my garage floor, so I took it back and told them I am still seeing fresh oil. I was told it is a residual leak. I go back home. It’s still leaking. I bring it back. Now they find the other leak. I was told by Kelleigh (on Saturday when I dropped it off for the 3rd time) that she would be speaking with Michael Hoye and he would be contacting me. NEVER heard from Mike.

The new 2026 cars are very nice but I couldn’t afford. At the ends it was a good experience. I choose one of the other car, I was lucky, I was sitting with Mr Javier Crespo in the office, showed up another sales person to show the car. Mr Crespo gave the key 🔑. Mind time I was discussing with Mr Crespo that I’m going to proceed with the paperwork to buy the car. After awhile returned the other saler and said that his customer wants to get the car. I was very nervous, Mr Crespo told him that we’re working with the paperwork, so he returned the key to us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We thought about going to another Lexus dealer to see their inventory BUT we liked Scott so much from his approach that we decided to by from him and Treasure Coast. The other aspects of the dealership were excellent. Waiting area was spacious, quiet and had plenty of great snacks and coffee. The Finance manager, David Smith was thorough in his explanations and left it to me to decide what I wanted, not pushy or salesy in anyway. Receiving my car, I got a thorough explanation of all it's features and tech capabilities from Addie. I had the chance to meet the owner, Mr. Woods, he was very courteous and respectful and made me feel important and part of a family. Very nice experience indeed. I have purchased many cars over the past 40 years including high end Range Rover and Infiniti products but this Treasure Coast Lexus experience was the best I can recall. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer.

I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service!

My wife went in for a common surgery August 2025. The surgeon made a mistake that did catastrophic damage. A few days latter she was flown by helicopter to Orlando. My wife ended up getting 12+ operations and was in the hospital for over 100 days. Our medical bills are $2.4 million. During that time the lift gate on her Lexus RX350 stopped working. We plan on buying a new Lexus in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money on her 2007 car. But the rear door is too heavy for my wife due to all the health issues. I made an appointment at TC Lexus to get the rear hatch fixed. The advisor said there will be a $289 diagnostic fee. I told him that is outrageous. I called JM Lexus while I was at the Ft Piece dealership to make an appointment. JM Lexus said the fee is $149. Before I left TC Lexus I spoke with Michael and gave him all this information. He did not offer to do anything. When I arrived at JM Lexus the service advisor said the diagnostic fee would only be $125. 1 ½ hours later the advisor called to say my car was ready. He said the issue was a power outage at some point. That was reset and the lift gate started working. JM Lexus did not charge me anything!!! Honestly, I almost started crying. Where do you think I will buy my next car? JM Lexus. That dealership gives the staff the power to do the right thing. I am guessing TC Lexus management does not give the staff the power to make decisions and do the right thing. I have seen a lot of good employees leave TC Lexus over the years. I was at the dealership the first week it opened. I love Lexus cars. It is a shame the Ft Pierce dealership is so poorly managed. They obviously love money. But there is more to life than loving money.

The dealership was the nicest I've ever been in and that includes most every high-line dealer you can think of! The LX600 is amazing and the Lux version's massage seats put the biggest smile and my wife's face. Super comfortable ride and quiet too. The business manager, Steve, kept the typically mundane process entertaining and quick. I highly recommend the extended warranty and maintenance prepaid as it locks in a rate by prepaying that is certainly only going to go up in years to come. I've moved past troublesome GMC vehicles and aimed for best quality - Lexus. Also thrilled to see Jude Forte in service as I have had excellent service advisory experiences with her in previous brands. Glad to see the best get to work for the best! We will be buying a nice previously used RX from them as well in the next week or two.

He welcomed my wife and 3 kids as well and showed us the cafeteria and the kids play room which my kids love. Jude was attentive from the beginning. He's going to make a GREAT sales guy. I didn't like the vehicle I had visited for; however, I pivoted to an SUV, which ended up being my car. Although it takes forever to process a new vehicle, it was a great day overall and again, Jude was fantastic. Mr. Smith, your tech guy, was also very informative and patient as I navigated my new vehicle. On the downside, not staff but the vehicle, it doesn't have a front camera and the doors don't lock automatically, but these are things I'll get used to.

I was very pleased. Jude was great. We had a misunderstanding about the car having apple car play. As much his fault as mine. I should have read more carefully. The information was listed online. He did tell me it had it though and I was very disappointed with that. But it's ok. Still very happy with the purchase. I would like you all to be aware that if the oil was in fact changed at your dealership, way too much oil was put in the car. And the oil drain plug was way too tight. If I was the owner of the business I would want to know these things. I also noticed the engine air filter and the cabin filter were not changed. Not sure if thats standard or not when you get a trade in, before you put it on lot. However, I have remedied all the above concerns myself. Other than that, this was my first transaction with you all at Lexus, and I was very pleased. I have bought a few cars from your sister toyota dealer in Stuart. I've been pleased there as well. So I will be a repeat customer. I would recommend you all to someone as well if they asked.

The first trip to the service department was excellent. However, after just a few days with the vehicle, I did not like it. Not the salesperson's fault. I "assumed" for $50,000 the vehicle would have more than just the rear camera, and the doors would lock automatically, but that isn't the case. Tried to return it and get my vehicle back. The dealership would not do that - they treated it like a brand-new transaction, which would have cost me lots of money. Unfortunately, I have a vehicle I do not enjoy. Sometimes we just have to move on.

Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going to have a great experience. The salesman, Howard, talked very highly about the dealership and especially their service department, so I took his word for it. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. The moment I drove off the lot in the used Jeep I purchased, I noticed a noise and immediately called the dealership. They asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did. After looking at it, I was told the noise was just a “typical Jeep noise.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. I took it to another mechanic, and they were able to confirm that there was, in fact, an issue. I also emailed the service manager to explain my concerns and my experience, and to this day, I still haven't received a response. Yes, they have a beautiful dealership and a nice-looking service department. But when you actually need help after the sale, my experience has been, unfortunately, very different from what was promised. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, I would definitely think twice before purchasing here.
