I walked in not expecting to make a purchase but everything aligned perfectly and I walked out with everything I needed and more. My experience was just like the Lexus Brand.
My experience was just like the Lexus Brand...Top Tier Excellent. I was searching for a vehicle with my elderly Mother in mind. I contacted Treasure Coast Lexus on a traded-in vehicle that was just posted online. We live a ways away so not exactly convenient and not something entertained throughout the three month search. After tons of research, I knew what I was looking for. Most recently I learned that one of the least liked consumer experiences is going to a car dealership....but not the case at Treasure Coast Lexus. That Saturday morning, after seeing the online post at Treasure Coast Lexus, my call-in was answered by Michael Klein. As soon as he spoke, I just had a calm feeling I was going to be in good hands. The immaculate, pristine and like new vehicle was waiting for me to arrive and test drive. At TCL it wasn't just a typical test drive as in my other colorful recent experiences: Everything from just wanting to "close the deal if the numbers were right", or get me in their system so that I could simply just sit in or test drive a certain car, or that they put on a shirt everyday so that they could come in to try and sell me a car and more...I would never return to those places/people nor recommend them due to my personal experiences. Michael was respectful and above the rest. He taught and showed me everything he knew about the car and things I probably would've never discovered on my own. There was absolutely no pressure and it was actually an enjoyable, solid and professional experience. One last hurdle for me was getting it home with an elderly Mother in tow/care. They worked it out so that I didn't have to make a second trip to bring it home. My thoughts: Yes, It was my LUCKY Day: I bought a traded in great condition, clean Honda at a fair and reasonable price...had I purchased a Lexus instead, I don't feel my customer service experience would have been any better. Fast, friendly, timely, stress-free, and a pleasurable experience. THANK YOU, Treasure Coast Lexus!

Staffs are very nice and friendly and helpful. Buying a used car with lower Mileage, it was a problem,no many options. Sow only two cars to choose, one or the other. I was very desappointed. The new 2026 cars are very nice but I couldn’t afford. At the ends it was a good experience. I choose one of the other car, I was lucky, I was sitting with Mr Javier Crespo in the office, showed up another sales person to show the car. Mr Crespo gave the key 🔑. Mind time I was discussing with Mr Crespo that I’m going to proceed with the paperwork to buy the car. After awhile returned the other saler and said that his customer wants to get the car. I was very nervous, Mr Crespo told him that we’re working with the paperwork, so he returned the key to us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Later a lady showed up by the door and said to me, Miss you are very fortunate because I love the car and you are very lacky, because you are getting a beautiful car, I thank her for her gracious remarks. 🙏🙏🙏 will see what happened 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Treasure coast Lexus came through again.
Treasure coast Lexus came through again. Due to some health issues, we were not able to drive to the dealership.. I saw a car on the website and knew I wanted it sight on seen. No lookin lookin or test drive necessary.as I trust them completely. Howard Kent took care of all paperwork and delivered the next day to Vero Beach. We closed the deal and I still didn’t drive the car before he left. That’s how much trust I have in the people and the dealership..it is the 5th car I have bought from Howard Kent and he is the ultimate professional. The only thing I Missed is all the good snacks from a personal visit. Maybe next time.

I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but
I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service!

My experience was just like the Lexus Brand...Top Tier Excellent. I was searching for a vehicle with my elderly Mother in mind. I contacted Treasure Coast Lexus on a traded-in vehicle that was just posted online. We live a ways away so not exactly convenient and not something entertained throughout the three month search. After tons of research, I knew what I was looking for. Most recently I learned that one of the least liked consumer experiences is going to a car dealership....but not the case at Treasure Coast Lexus. That Saturday morning, after seeing the online post at Treasure Coast Lexus, my call-in was answered by Michael Klein. As soon as he spoke, I just had a calm feeling I was going to be in good hands. The immaculate, pristine and like new vehicle was waiting for me to arrive and test drive. At TCL it wasn't just a typical test drive as in my other colorful recent experiences: Everything from just wanting to "close the deal if the numbers were right", or get me in their system so that I could simply just sit in or test drive a certain car, or that they put on a shirt everyday so that they could come in to try and sell me a car and more...I would never return to those places/people nor recommend them due to my personal experiences. Michael was respectful and above the rest. He taught and showed me everything he knew about the car and things I probably would've never discovered on my own. There was absolutely no pressure and it was actually an enjoyable, solid and professional experience. One last hurdle for me was getting it home with an elderly Mother in tow/care. They worked it out so that I didn't have to make a second trip to bring it home. My thoughts: Yes, It was my LUCKY Day: I bought a traded in great condition, clean Honda at a fair and reasonable price...had I purchased a Lexus instead, I don't feel my customer service experience would have been any better. I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service!

I cannot say enough positive things about Treasure Coast Lexus and my salesman Mike Bowen. I drove down from Bowling Green Kentucky to pick up a Lexus LC 500. The deal was finished over the phone with Mike. As I drove down and even while I was driving it back home, Mike checked in with me regularly to be sure everything was going great for me. When I got to the dealership, Mike met me at the door and had everyone set up and ready to do their thing with me within one and a half hours. That included the technology review of the car, the financial paperwork, as well as picking out several goodies from the Lexus store. Just as impressive, the owner of the dealership made a point to come introduce himself to me and thank me for my business. At 71 years old, I have never been so welcomed by a dealership and it’s staff. I left the air in utter amazement at the hospitality and attention. I was given by the Treasure Coast staff. Even though it’s a long way away, my next luxury car purchase will be at Treasure Coast Lexus.

Beware of the Lexus TX 350!
Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue. This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction. If you buy the TX 350, this obvious defect will never be completely repaired and Treasure Coast Lexus will not honor their commitment to you or their vehicles.

I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion with an oil leak. I was told I had NO oil leak, but I needed back brakes. I asked them to re-check because I personally saw the leak, I now have a $6700 leak! After picking my vehicle up, I still was seeing oil drops on my garage floor, so I took it back and told them I am still seeing fresh oil. I was told it is a residual leak. I go back home. It’s still leaking. I bring it back. Now they find the other leak. I was told by Kelleigh (on Saturday when I dropped it off for the 3rd time) that she would be speaking with Michael Hoye and he would be contacting me. NEVER heard from Mike.

My wife went in for a common surgery August 2025.
My wife went in for a common surgery August 2025. The surgeon made a mistake that did catastrophic damage. A few days latter she was flown by helicopter to Orlando. My wife ended up getting 12+ operations and was in the hospital for over 100 days. Our medical bills are $2.4 million. During that time the lift gate on her Lexus RX350 stopped working. We plan on buying a new Lexus in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money on her 2007 car. But the rear door is too heavy for my wife due to all the health issues. I made an appointment at TC Lexus to get the rear hatch fixed. The advisor said there will be a $289 diagnostic fee. I told him that is outrageous. I called JM Lexus while I was at the Ft Piece dealership to make an appointment. JM Lexus said the fee is $149. Before I left TC Lexus I spoke with Michael and gave him all this information. He did not offer to do anything. When I arrived at JM Lexus the service advisor said the diagnostic fee would only be $125. 1 ½ hours later the advisor called to say my car was ready. He said the issue was a power outage at some point. That was reset and the lift gate started working. JM Lexus did not charge me anything!!! Honestly, I almost started crying. Where do you think I will buy my next car? JM Lexus. That dealership gives the staff the power to do the right thing. I am guessing TC Lexus management does not give the staff the power to make decisions and do the right thing. I have seen a lot of good employees leave TC Lexus over the years. I was at the dealership the first week it opened. I love Lexus cars. It is a shame the Ft Pierce dealership is so poorly managed. They obviously love money. But there is more to life than loving money.

What a delightful experience! Paul was excellent and took my needs and requests in stride as he made the process easy and relatively fast. The dealership was the nicest I've ever been in and that includes most every high-line dealer you can think of! The LX600 is amazing and the Lux version's massage seats put the biggest smile and my wife's face. Super comfortable ride and quiet too. The business manager, Steve, kept the typically mundane process entertaining and quick. I highly recommend the extended warranty and maintenance prepaid as it locks in a rate by prepaying that is certainly only going to go up in years to come. I've moved past troublesome GMC vehicles and aimed for best quality - Lexus. Also thrilled to see Jude Forte in service as I have had excellent service advisory experiences with her in previous brands. Glad to see the best get to work for the best! We will be buying a nice previously used RX from them as well in the next week or two.

I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service!

Beware of the Lexus TX 350!
Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue. This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction. If you buy the TX 350, this obvious defect will never be completely repaired and Treasure Coast Lexus will not honor their commitment to you or their vehicles.
