I just spent $50K on a certified used Lexus ES350 and a “L maintenance “ extended warranty. The car had a scratched windshield which wasn’t detectable until after driving in the rain and using the wipers. I was told repair/replacement was not covered under my factory or current $7k warranty I purchased. When I asked to at least replace the wipers, I was told they weren’t covered under factory or purchased warranty. $50K out the door with factory and paid for extended warranty and I have to pay $42 for a pair of windshield wipers which actually made a ... Great experience buying a car. Everyone I met was more than welcoming and helpful. I spoke to Paul on the phone a couple of times before we moved to Florida. He is a true gentleman and a great salesman. Buying a ca can be a stressful and lengthy endeavor but the atmosphere in the dealership was calming and inviting.

Appointments are on time, the service is excellent, and the service staff is efficient and pleasant to work with. Other contributors to a positive experience include the very comfortable waiting area with comfortable chairs or tables, a multi-option coffee machine, an excellent assortment of free snacks, and an optional free car wash.

Treasure Coast Lexus service rose to the top of the heap last week when an intermittent issue with our 2014 ES 350 failed to act up while in for service. Our technician tried to diagnose the mystery-needle-in-a-haystack, but it just would not surface.. My wife recently brought her Lexus to your dealership because she was having trouble starting the car. After waiting about an hour, the car was finally taken in, and she was told that the battery needed to be replaced. She agreed to have it replaced and was told the cost would be $353.24. Scott was more of a consultant than a pushy sales person. He explained each product thoroughly and did not pressure me to make a decision. After service, I drive home and the car performs like it was brand new; A-1 Service! But they do the little things so well; service performed pretty much on time; car returned clean inside and out; performed service I had not thought of; great performance of many highly skilled people!
After my second service experience for routine maintenance, I can say that Treasure Coast Lexus has been quite consistent in their professional and courteous service. The dealership itself is an immaculately clean facility. The several staff members whom I have interacted with have all been kind and accommodating. Despite my few unusual requests for the technicians, I never had the feeling that I was asking too much of them. From the advisor to the lead mechanic, everyone in the chain made sure I left completely satisfied.

Went back to the dealership the following day after I bought a 2025 ES350, explained that the car would not satisfy my vehicle requirements and asked to cancel the transaction, give me my deposit and trade-in back, and I would pay for anything that I needed to. They wanted me to “trade” the Lexus in and purchase my car back, to the tune of $7,949. Otherwise, sorry for your luck. I am NOT a happy customer and will ensure that people hear about my experience.

Service Advisor Jude Forte was very attentive replacing a dead battery in my 2024 Lexus RX350H+ with 12500 mi. Thank you Treasure Coast Lexus for replacing the battery for no charge under warranty. There is a known issue with the 2024 Lexus RX350H+ batteries being underpowered and prematurely dying from parasite power draw. Lexus should have recalled the battery given the hassle involved with opening electronic doors with a dead battery (see videos online).
We enjoyed the experience, but still too much paperwork, at Treasure Coast Lexus. JB, Analiyah,and Dave were excellent. Good sense of humor and did their jobs professionally with some fun thrown in. Look forward to saying hi next time I come in which will not be for a very, very, very long time since Dave sold us all those warranty programs. 😁

The first trip to the service department was excellent. However, after just a few days with the vehicle, I did not like it. Not the salesperson's fault. I "assumed" for $50,000 the vehicle would have more than just the rear camera, and the doors would lock automatically, but that isn't the case. Tried to return it and get my vehicle back.
