Treasure Coast Lexus was one of the best experiences of buying a new car. I have been buying new cars since I’m 21. I am now 73. I rate this dealership in my top two I ordered the car roughly 3 weeks ago with my trade-in and they made me the deal three weeks ago. I cannot say enough positive things about Treasure Coast Lexus and my salesman Mike Bowen. I drove down from Bowling Green Kentucky to pick up a Lexus LC 500. The deal was finished over the phone with Mike. As I drove down and even while I was driving it back home, Mike checked in with me regularly to be sure everything was going great for me.

As convenient as location is. Between the three vehicles (ES330, GS350 & RX350) I've had serviced recently. Wide ranging I might add. Kelleigh Condon has made the expensive processes worth the while. Problem was handled properly. I had some time to kill while waiting so I read the Wall Street Journal which the dealership provided and enjoyed some snacks.
Average experience with customer service and the service rate for drain and refill of rear differential was too expensive.
Scott was very nice and attentive and answered all my questions and helped me find the car we needed

My first visit to Lexus Ft. Pierce. Met with Jude my Liasion. I must admit, she reviewed my file, and explained in details work to be done. I went in for my 7500 miles tune up.
Since I had to wait about 2 hours, she immediately put me in a loaner. She was attentive, superbly honest- which I admire in any person. Apparently there was a recall which I was unaware of- she took care of that as well.
All together, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. Not happy that I had to pay $200 for a new battery plus $200 more for labor. It most likely took the tech five minutes to install. Ridiculous!

Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue.
This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction.

We recently leased an RX350h. Worked with Michael who is extremely knowledgeable about all the models. He was very easy to work with and answered all emails and calls promptly. Steven handled the finances when we went to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure for add-ons. Ditto for the tech person. My only minor complaint was that the pick-up took almost 4 hours. But I guess needing a NYS registration (which they handled beautifully) was a complication. Love the car so far!
