The first trip to the service department was excellent. However, after just a few days with the vehicle, I did not like it. Not the salesperson's fault. I "assumed" for $50,000 the vehicle would have more than just the rear camera, and the doors would lock automatically, but that isn't the case. Tried to return it and get my vehicle back. I love going to Treasure Coast Lexus to have our RX-350 serviced or cleaned. For repairs, you can't beat Jude forte: clear, courteous, knowledgeable; she represents the quality of the Lexus brand. Whenever we can also see Mr. Woods, and Carlton Duncan, it's even better. But mainly, the service is first class. Howard received us right from the entrance with a big and warm smile. He immediately made us feel welcome and home. He welcomed my wife and 3 kids as well and showed us the cafeteria and the kids play room which my kids love. Have been using TCL for some time and have been very pleased with the quality of the work that has been done each time. Only concern is that the last couple of times , even though the car was dropped off the night before both times , the car has not been diagnosed until mid afternoon of one day, with the actual service being done on the next day. It would be nice if the diagnosis and service could be done in one day.
