Staffs are very nice and friendly and helpful. Buying a used car with lower Mileage, it was a problem,no many options. Sow only two cars to choose, one or the other. I was very desappointed. The new 2026 cars are very nice but I couldn’t afford. At the ends it was a good experience. I choose one of the other car, I was lucky, I was sitting with Mr Javier Crespo in the office, showed up another sales person to show the car. Mr Crespo gave the key 🔑. Mind time I was discussing with Mr Crespo that I’m going to proceed with the paperwork to buy the car. After awhile returned the other saler and said that his customer wants to get the car. I was very nervous, Mr Crespo told him that we’re working with the paperwork, so he returned the key to us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Later a lady showed up by the door and said to me, Miss you are very fortunate because I love the car and you are very lacky, because you are getting a beautiful car, I thank her for her gracious remarks. 🙏🙏🙏 will see what happened 🌹🌹🌹🌹

I cannot say enough positive things about Treasure Coast Lexus and my salesman Mike Bowen. I drove down from Bowling Green Kentucky to pick up a Lexus LC 500. The deal was finished over the phone with Mike. As I drove down and even while I was driving it back home, Mike checked in with me regularly to be sure everything was going great for me. When I got to the dealership, Mike met me at the door and had everyone set up and ready to do their thing with me within one and a half hours. That included the technology review of the car, the financial paperwork, as well as picking out several goodies from the Lexus store. Just as impressive, the owner of the dealership made a point to come introduce himself to me and thank me for my business. At 71 years old, I have never been so welcomed by a dealership and it’s staff. I left the air in utter amazement at the hospitality and attention. I was given by the Treasure Coast staff. Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going
Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going to have a great experience. The salesman, Howard, talked very highly about the dealership and especially their service department, so I took his word for it. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. The moment I drove off the lot in the used Jeep I purchased, I noticed a noise and immediately called the dealership. They asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did. After looking at it, I was told the noise was just a “typical Jeep noise.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. I took it to another mechanic, and they were able to confirm that there was, in fact, an issue. I also emailed the service manager to explain my concerns and my experience, and to this day, I still haven't received a response. Yes, they have a beautiful dealership and a nice-looking service department. But when you actually need help after the sale, my experience has been, unfortunately, very different from what was promised. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, I would definitely think twice before purchasing here.

Mr. Smith, your tech guy, was also very informative and patient as I navigated my new vehicle. On the downside, not staff but the vehicle, it doesn't have a front camera and the doors don't lock automatically, but these are things I'll get used to.

I was very pleased. Jude was great. We had a misunderstanding about the car having apple car play. As much his fault as mine. I should have read more carefully. The information was listed online. He did tell me it had it though and I was very disappointed with that. But it's ok. Still very happy with the purchase. I would like you all to be aware that if the oil was in fact changed at your dealership, way too much oil was put in the car. And the oil drain plug was way too tight. If I was the owner of the business I would want to know these things. I also noticed the engine air filter and the cabin filter were not changed. Not sure if thats standard or not when you get a trade in, before you put it on lot. However, I have remedied all the above concerns myself. Other than that, this was my first transaction with you all at Lexus, and I was very pleased. I have bought a few cars from your sister toyota dealer in Stuart. I've been pleased there as well. So I will be a repeat customer. I would recommend you all to someone as well if they asked.
