I purchased a brand-new Lexus RX350 from Treasure Coast Lexus and worked with Carlton Duncan, who was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. "We recently purchased a 2025 RX350 from TC Lexus and the experience was surprisingly easy.. Carlton, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. There was no high-pressure sales tactic, we arrived with only an intention to see what we might like to buy in the near future . The finance team made the paperwork quick and painless. Not happy that I had to pay $200 for a new battery plus $200 more for labor. It most likely took the tech five minutes to install. Ridiculous!

Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue.
This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction.

We recently leased an RX350h. Worked with Michael who is extremely knowledgeable about all the models. He was very easy to work with and answered all emails and calls promptly. Steven handled the finances when we went to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure for add-ons. Ditto for the tech person. My only minor complaint was that the pick-up took almost 4 hours. But I guess needing a NYS registration (which they handled beautifully) was a complication. Love the car so far!

I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion with an oil leak. I was told I had NO oil leak, but I needed back brakes.
I asked them to re-check because I personally saw the leak,
I now have a $6700 leak!
After picking my vehicle up, I still was seeing oil drops on my garage floor, so I took it back and told them I am still seeing fresh oil.
I was told it is a residual leak.

This dealership has been the only one my husband and I have selected since about 2009. And we have only ever worked with one sales agent, Carlton Duncan. Getting the know and trust someone when one is ‘car shopping’ is very important to us. I had to give a poor rating on the speed of the transaction. I was told that the computer system was down, which led to more hours than I imagined I would be at the agency.
After dealing with several Florida Lexus dealers, I have finally found my go to guy in Paul Licausi. I give him what I am searching for and he finds it in a very timely and cost effective matter. While the dealership is nice, my last service left a lot to be desired. The service tech just said my car was done & did not go over the results. The car wash was horrible!! The front bumper had bird droppings that they did not clean off. Had i seen before i left, i would have gone back it to have the car re-washed. The windshield was dirty.
